Our menu offers modern dishes, inspired by historic Italian gastronomy. The A la Carte menu is available throughout lunch and dinner with an additional set lunch menu offered Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays.

SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI (S|D)

This classic spaghetti is made with a combination of shrimp, mussels, and squid. Toss the seafood with spaghetti in a tarragon cream sauce. This sauce enhances the flavour of seafood. Flour, butter, milk, and herbs are used to make this sauce. They are adored by both children and adults.

STANHOPE TWISTED CEASAR SALAD (V|D)

This is yet another best-selling title. Young Romaine, Herb Croutons, and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon make up this green salad. Grana Padano is also included in this salad, which is dressed in a creamy Caesar dressing. Grana Padano is a cheese variety.

Light And Creamy, Laced With Dule De Leche Fillings

CHEDDAR BACON BURGER (D)

With the Stanhope special sauce, we infuse grated cheddar, a smashed AAA beef patty, and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon into the burger. The burger has a unique flavour thanks to the smoked bacon. Cheddar adds creaminess and juiciness to the dish.

Thai Green Curry

This is a very fragrant curry with a lot of flavor. To create the fragrance, our chefs use a variety of herbs and aromatics. This curry is very creamy due to the coconut. Jasmine rice, Bak Choy, Peppers, Bean Sprouts, Thai Basil, and Cilantro are among the other ingredients. The true Thai green curry flavor comes from Thai basil.

It has a kick to it. Chicken or prawn tofu adds nutrition and flavor to the curry.
